The very trendy Wailana Coffee House is a place that is popular among the tourists as well as with the local people who live in Hawaii. It is placed on the land of Ena Road, right besides the Ala Moana Boulevard that is commonly known in Honolulu. Another way to find is to look for Hilton Hawaii Village, as it is present exactly opposite it and that is a very well known place in Waikiki. A reason for its popularity besides the food is that its location is just perfect. It can be easily accessed from any of the main hotels where tourists generally prefer to stay, and this short distance from these hotels makes it a hot spot for all the people visiting that area. Visible signs of its popularity can be seen from early parts of the day, when people start to line up to get into the restaurant. There is no doubt that is a hot favorite of people. Most of the people do not know the history of this restaurant. But read further and you would realize that it has a very interesting and lively past. This restaurant was more of a family business which came into existence many a years ago. Back then it was just a tiny little food stall in the Hawaiian zoo. After it started gaining a little popularity and money, the people of the restaurant shifted it to the place where it is now situated. It was shifted to its current location in 1958. Since that time, the business has only grown by leaps and bounds. Now it has seating arrangements for up to 275 people and it also has a parking lot for the people who drive there. Another good thing about this restaurant is that it serves 24 hours round the clock, so anybody can get whatever they want at any hour of the day. From the interiors to the food, everything about this place is far from average. Definitely the interiors are not as lavish as that of some five star hotels, but they not bad at all. The place is really clean and the ambience is really good. There is a huge variety of food that is served and they even have happy hours. The rates otherwise too are very reasonable and most people who know about that place would suggest you to try it at least once.
