It's Not A Bed Of Roses For Cobra Professionals

By: Cobra Group Home | Business | Marketing

It definitely is not a bed of roses for Cobra professionals; they got thorns to pick too. Yes, their route to success in direct marketing is definitely not without hurdles. But it's their attitude towards overcoming these hurdles that works it all out for them.
For a beginner in Cobra, the hurdles may seem a bit difficult to overcome. The obstacles that prevent a sales agent closing the sale may at this stage appear as challenging as a high jump attempt. But gradually, things become easier for them as they develop more of skills and confidence. The obstacles gradually become easy to overcome, like those in a steeplechase or easier even. It's then that the career takes off on full swing for a Cobra professional.
There are many hurdles that a Cobra professional may have to face and overcome. Prominent among these are:
Fear of failure
Customers who have earlier had bitter experiences regarding direct sales may even detest being approached by a sales guy. They may also not like to rush into buying a product, fearing that they may end up being duped into paying more than the real cost or that their peers and all may ridicule them for letting them be duped. This has to be tacked tactically.
Time-related hurdles
Most sales professionals feel that if they had more time at their disposal, they had better chances of success. But since this is not possible, the sales person gradually has to learn to make maximum use of the limited time at his disposal.
Reluctance to change:
There are many customers who are contented with the present situation and are rather reluctant to change. They may like the new products brought to them, but may not feel inclined to buy the same owing to this reluctance to welcome changes. A sales person has to find out ways to get rid of such reluctance or skepticism and coax the customer into trying out new things.
It's such hurdles that sales and marketing professionals at Cobra learn to overcome, and that too in the most professional of ways.
