Kidney Stone Causes

By: barclaybert Home | Health-and-Fitness

Urinary lithiasis is a condition involving the appearance of a small pebble that migrates through the urinary tract until it's blocked. In this situation the urinary tract segment in which the pebble is blocked strain the muscles (spasm) to remove it and this is very painful.

The cause of a renal calculi development in the body was unknown until Dr Allen created the Theory of the Origin of Health Disorders, which explains, that the cause of kidney stone is an increased pressure inside the kidney's tissue. This pressure upsets the stability and filtration of minerals that leads to the progress of kidney stones disorder with steady stone production. The only way to terminate the route of the renal calculi formation is to stop this pressure.

Flushing your kidneys and body is extremely critical to fight this disease. You can do this with either drinking plenty of water or choosing a variety of different foods. Did you know that about 85% of people are dehydrated? Most of these people do not even know it though.

Chlorophyll rich vegetables are also beneficial. Eating fresh greens can help flush your kidneys too! I recommend eating an organic salad twice a day. There are also specific vegetables which you would eat daily like asparagus and spinach. These 2 vegetables are high in chlorophyll and are known as the 'flushing vegetables'.

Kidney stones, also known as renal calculi, nephrocalcinosis or nephrolithiasis, are crystal-like substances or stones found inside the kidneys or urinary tract. The kidney secretes them from various waste products and/or minerals in your urine. The key to treatment is to learn what kind of minerals are over-accumulating and what processes are not working properly in you.

Dehydration is the main cause of kidney stones, therefore it is essential to drink distilled water, which is free of minerals. Regular water is full of minerals, which is not very helpful when you have this problem. So drink plenty of distilled water every day.

Fiber is also very important when it comes to curing this disease because fiber is very helpful for the organs for flushing out the kidney stones. Make sure eat plenty of whole grain foods, plenty of fruits and vegetables every day. Around 2-3 servings of fruits and vegetables would be enough. Try to avoid sugary foods, because they are not very helpful.

Avoiding grapefruit juice can help because of the research showing that grapefruit juice can cause future stones.

Chlorophyll vegetables are also an excellent choice because they will aid in flushing the kidneys as well. There are many options for you to supplement to your diet but many of our customers have found success with asparagus and wheat grass.
