Fruit juices such as oranges, apple, carrots and cucumber juices are excellent beauty secrets that rejuvenate your skin, nails and hair.

A single beauty tip: Remember - as a general rule: less is more. That has always been true. Apply your make up with that in mind. Keep to a hair style that does not have everyone just noticing your hair. Blend and harmonize.

Sleeping on your back is another all natural beauty tip and an important part of healthy living. By sleeping on your back, you can reduce the production of wrinkles. Other things you can do to prevent facial wrinkles include not smoking and staying calm.

Use fruits for facials: Glycolic acid, which is present in many citrus fruits, is a component of many high-end anti-aging treatments. You can get the same effects using citrus extracts, mashed bananas, honey and yogurt in a variety of combinations to remove dead skin cells and revitalize your skin.

Exercise regularly. If you have the time, enroll in a yoga class or got to the gym. But if you are too busy, at least try to incorporate exercise in your daily routine. For instance, instead of driving your car to the nearby grocery shop to buy foods, why not go there on foot for a change? Or you can even ride your bicycle.

Try plant-based cosmetics. Experiment with some of the natural skin care and fragrance lines, which use elements and fragrances from the natural world. Aveda, L'Occitane and Origins. The scents of these products are heavenly but not overpowering.

Getting enough sleep and rest is another natural beauty secret. It is required in every individual to have at least eight to ten hours of sleep at night. This way, the mind and body can relax making you look fresh the next day.

Whilst vitamin E in creams and lotions will benefit the skin, there is strong doubt on whether it can help in some of the beauty products it is in. For example, when vitamin E is advertised as being of benefit to strengthen or thicken eyelashes, this is something of a misnomer, and is not supported by science.

Radish paste can give you a ravishing skin. Mix in one radish with a spoon of lemon juice and two spoons of vinegar along with honey. Mix this mixture in the distilled water. Store it and apply on your face every now and then for getting a great glow.

One final Beauty tip: Enjoy yourself when you are putting on all the things that you have found that work especially well for you. Smile at yourself as you do your creams and foundations. Remember, you are the empress of your own domain. You are the most Beautiful Woman. It all begins with your attitude.
