Law of Attraction Affirmation The following is an excerpt from a book called "Mystic in a Minivan" by Kristen White: Gratitude is the Key to All Doors. The energy of gratitude is the most transformative. When we practice gratitude—it changes your perspective. It’s the highest vibration—Dr. Emoto in Messages in the Water found in his studies of water, that the crystalline structures of gratitude is the most beautiful of all thought forms. Before you put your feet on the ground in the morning, say the words, “Thank you.” One foot is “thank”, and the other is “you.” Try a walking meditation, where you keep those feet moving, “thank you, thank you, thank you.” Keep it mindful as you walk through nature. Every beautiful bird or flower, say thank you. Walk the thank you path for your life, your breath, your work, your mind, your health. Try writing a gratitude letter, thanking the Universe as if every blessing is already in your life. Use the word “NOW”! Here is a template to use. “I am so happy and grateful NOW that I am easily and effortlessly ____.” (Fill in the blanks with whatever is on your vision board.) Before bed at night, write down three things you are grateful for in your day. Keep these lists in a journal and look back over them when you need a boost.
