Even if the 21st Century is seen as the age of the computer and everything is online at your fingertips, it may seem surprising that the humble printed leaflets remain a highly effective and affordable way of promoting your business. Produce good literature and then organize it in attractive and eye-catching leaflet displays and you are providing your customers with instant promotional material and instant brand exposure. As they are the centre point of distribution, your distribution dispenser needs to be easily accessible. The choice of leaflet holder is dependent on whether you need something permanent for your place of business or something portable for exhibitions or trade fairs. The stand will keep contents neat and presentable so ensure your chosen design fits the sizes of leaflets you want to display. Stands are available in many materials, plastic, acrylic, wood, wire, metal, and the material may contribute as much to the attractiveness of your display and therefore your marketed image, as the leaflets themselves. Chose one that provides a good quantity of storage but avoid units that display at levels either above the eye line or below the waist as these may not encourage people to take the literature. Rotary stands can be desk/counter mounted or floor standing. The stand itself should be kept clean, no customer is going to be attracted by piles of out of date, scuffed, crumpled and dusty leaflets stuffed haphazardly into a dirty stand. The ability to maintain the tidiness of the design can also influence your choice of stand. Leaflets are easier to keep tidy if the compartments they sit in are sized correctly and the capacity of the stand fits your needs. Replenish your stand regularly. An empty display stand can say as much as a full one.
