But, somehow with all the relationship building it seems one on one contact in person has drifted and this can be life threatening to your Network Marketing.
There are some mistakes that can simply take the life out of your business. Staying clear of these mistakes will assist you in building the relationships and network marketing business you desire.

The Plan
Without a networking plan you will not use your time, resources, money or energy wisely. Before making your plans to attend that next event establishes what it is you want to accomplish at the event.
The Pitch
The first words you say when connecting with someone may be your only chance. Make the best use of your first introductory words as possible. This is your pitch and it can not be missing...
Hello, Do you hear Me
If you are too busy talking then I can guarantee you are not listening. Listening is valuable it will allow you to identify the needs of your connections and later you can provide a solution that will set you apart for others.
Network with New Connections
Yes it is important to meet up with your established connections but do not spend all of your time there. Seek out some new opportunities to expand your networking. You will be surprised at the new ideas and great opportunities you could be missing.

Bad Manners
Even your mother taught you the importance of good manners. The number one bad manner exhibiting among network marketing events is barging in on a conversation.
Missing
Who was that you just shook hands with? Oh yes you were too busy looking across the room for that next connection to even pay attention to the one you are with now.
Follow up
Connecting with attendee at that networking even is useless if you do not follow up. Application of these basic principals of networking will open up new Network Marketing opportunities for you.
