Low sperm count can be tackle using aphrodisiac herbs. Low sperm count can be cured by quitting alcohol and smoking since they are known factor to cause infertility. Tobacco is found to damage the sperm's DNA and give rise to infertility.

Causes of Low Motile Sperms: -

â€Infections: - Men may have infections of their reproductive tract. These may include infections of the prostate of the epididymis or of the testis. Post-pubertal viral infection of the testes may cause important damage of the testes and may cause absolute and permanent infertility.
â€Alcohol: - With alcohol consumption at an all time high, excessive and ongoing alcohol use can have an adverse effect on sperm production and quality. However, drinking in excess of the optional daily units can decrease healthy sperm and damage developing sperm.
â€Smoking: - Low sperm count and low sperm motility have an adverse effect due to toxins in cigarettes and also on their lifespan.
â€Anti-sperm antibodies: - Men who have anti-sperm antibodies have an immune system response that attacks their own sperm. Common in men who have had a vasectomy reversal, this condition can also be caused by other problems such as an injury or infection
â€Lubricants: - Most vaginal lubricants, including Surgilube and Lubifax are toxic to sperm. Couples should avoid their use during the fertile time of a woman's cycle.

There are other treatment options for a low sperm count outside of these sorts of medical options. There are a variety of dietary supplements, as well as vitamins and raw materials that are thought to help with a low sperm count. Maintaining a high protein, low-fat diet that is rich in vegetables and whole grain may help, as well. The timing of intercourse may impact a low sperm count, as well. Ejaculating less often, for example, is consideration to help with low sperm count.

Lifestyle Changes to Increase Low Motile Sperms: -

â€Get regular exercise: While you should avoid vigorous training programs, regular and moderate exercise helps you maintain a healthy body weight, helps control stress, and gives you a healthier overall body.
â€Perform relaxation exercises: Since infertility and life in general can be stressful, learn to relax. Stress is sometimes responsible for certain infertility problems such as hormonal problems.
â€Maintain a healthy weight: Not too under or overweight since weight influences estrogen and testosterone levels.
â€Vitamin C: - Vitamin C is an antioxidant that improves sperm quality and keeps it from clumping together (thus improving sperm motility too). Vitamin C also protects the DNA within sperm from damage.
â€Watch your body temperature: Avoid vigorous exercise, hot tubs, and saunas since they raise the body temperature and may cause changes in ovulation and reduced sperm count.
