Low fat diet
You’re aware that we already have an available low fat food at any store. Many dieter s have already tried buying low fat foods but still they are not losing weight. Basically low fat lifestyle is not the answer in losing weight.
Low carbohydrates diet
Low carbs diet will make feel unhappy each day. Low carbs diet is so strict that you have to limit yourself in many foods. Low carbs could lower down your source energy in the long run and aside from that you have to deprive yourself in foods bread, fruit and pasta. Basically low carbs diet is not the answer to lose weight effectively.
