The website of www.irs.gov is the best tool to search information about lost tax refunds. All the claimant has to do is go to â€where’s my refund†section and start the search by entering personal details, like name or social security number. The state agencies have even set up state fairs in different regions to educate people about the concept and importance of lost money. These fairs also serve the people on a walkâ€in basis and assist them in making on the spot claims on their lost property.
