So lets say that we have an offer for a $100 item that is converting at 1%. That means for every 100 people that we have opt in we get one sale and make a $100. So basic math tells us to make another $100 we need another 100 opt ins. Or we could increase our conversion rate. If we increase our conversion rate by another % to two percent, now for every 100 opt ins we now get $200 instead of $100. How do we increase our conversion rate then mister? Well we simply use the Internet as an influence engine to get your prospects to know, like, respect and trust you. You need to give to get. You provide something of value to your prospects without asking anything in return except permission from them to provide them with more great information. These people are coming to you because they have an interest in your area of expertise. They are looking for information and guidance on a need, pain or solution that you can help them with. You then provide then with this information and they give you permission to contact them with more great information at a later time. Congratulations you have just crossed over into the realm of permission marketing. Once you have crossed that threshold into permission marketing your prospective clients are more then 10x ( I made that up but its a lot) likely to do business with you. Now is still not the time to push them with the hard sell. You do as you have done and provide them with great information. When that warm prospect turns into a prospective buyer, who do you thing they will turn to? Some stranger shoving something in their face...
