A man's skin is his first armament against the effects of the sun, climate, and other environmental factors such as air pollution. Skin is the body's first line of defense against sickness, germs and disease. Men should practice a skin-care regimen twice a day. A man's skin needs to be protected effectively and daily. Some men don't want to be delight with too many skincare products. A man's skin is approximately 20% dense than a woman's, and is typically firmer because it's richer in collagen and elastin. Men have a built-in advantage in the aging process--their skin is watery and more oily than a woman's skin. Skin care for men is remarkably similar to that for women. Mature skin types obviously needing more hydration (incorporation of water by minerals ) especially around areas prone to wrinkling like the eyes and mouth. Antioxidants A,C and E, and fish oils are highly beneficial to the skin's elasticity and protection. Man skin care products exist for a variety of applications, from anti-aging creams to pore cleaning products. A younger face means not only less wrinkles but an general healthy look. Some man skin care products have us so blinded by claims of miracle chemical ingredients, that we often forget the simplicity of natural skin care. Always steam the face before shaving.
