Many Ways Improve Running Exercise

By: Steve Clis Home | Food-and-Drink

When come to healthy food, people may have different views on them. In this article, I will talk about what kind of food is healthy for running.
To those general runners, they do not need to grasp this subtle knowledge of nutrition. And also, to those have better training level, it is not necessary. On how to form reasonable diet, have a general understanding is enough. Since we are deliberately made many mistakes - such as a glass of beer or eat a piece of cake, So get very nervous on this issue is almost no reason. Therefore, this chapter only looks at accepted athlete's nutrition principles. When I was writing this chapter, I make the assumption that you already know or can easily find business intake. As until now, you have already own life, after all, had such a long time.
First, some ideas should be abandoned. Some people insist that there is some "magic food". There is no such thing. As introduced in the "nutrition and health", combined many experts' mind, rich diet is based on meat, milk, fish, poultry, eggs, all kinds of grain, beans and hard-shell nuts, leafy greens and other vegetables and fruit, they will meet all the nutritional needs of athletes. Additional supplement of vitamin pills and drugs are not necessary, and you should not rely on them. So many people may think in wrong way that take enough drugs will enrich the nutrition demand. But the fact is that they still lack of protein and minerals. The Doctor Thomas Baler mentioned that "We do not favor any special food supplements"; highly refined food is strongly not suggested, for example, sucrose, starch, saturated fat and distilled alcoholic. On the contrary, diets including fresh fruit, lettuce and enough meat are the most appropriate.
In fact, there are no really "healthy food". It is named by the factories. For example, we usually deem the fruit of the lactic acid casein as healthy food, the total energy of it is about two hundred and fifty calories. It is equally to the same amount of ice cream. However, if you believe those healthy food in the store is better, there also be reasons. It may be reasonable to avoid the pesticides, herbicides and fungicides.
For many years, people think that athletes need more protein than other people. But all nutritionist do not think like that. You really need to increase the carbohydrate, especially one hour before running. The reason is that body has the role of changing chemical energy into mechanical energy. This process is extremely complex. The generally thing you need to keep in mind it that protein is important, but not so important in producing energy. Studies show that low-carbohydrate, high fat diet food significantly reduced the energy. While the opposite diet - high carbohydrate, low fat - can increase the energy. One reason is that to make a certain amount of carbohydrates into the energy, it needs about ten percent less oxygen. Another reason is that high carbohydrate food can offer enough sugar.
