For a serial killer killing is a joyful deed but for rest of the society, it’s horrible. So, there is law to combat this inhuman act. Should there be a question about ruining the freedom of these serial killers? Can there be any? No, not at all! The reason is that when in a society something is declared as harmful and fatal, there is always a need of establishing some practices on the basis of some laws. Now, let’s turn to the noise producing motorcycle mufflers. They are not acceptable for the society because they are harmful to the personal properties (hearing and peace of mind and free speed etc) of other society members. Creating awareness about these issues on Govt. level and establishing a habit of installing EPA-compliant motorcycle mufflers can bring peace to your as well as other’s lives.
