By: Mike Muscelli Home | Health-and-Fitness

Looking for some muscle building secrets? Haven't you ever wondered what it takes to build massive amounts of muscle, the kind of muscle that will make heads turn and people think damn, that guy is huge!.

Well, its possible to reach that level of fitness, so long as you know and put into practice a couple of key techniques. You see there are 2 key components to every successful bodybuilders workout, keep reading to find out what they are:

1. Squat For Mass

If you're interested in one of the muscle building secrets, have a look into squatting. Squatting is one of the most powerful muscle building exercises you can take part in. It hurts like nothing else, but the results speak for themselves. Squatting helps you build not only large legs, but a large upper body through the release of HGH.

The first thing you need to do in a squat is place the barbell on your traps and take it off the rack. Once you've done this, move down keeping your chest up and your butt out until you hit parallel. At this point, push up with your heels to return to the standing position.

2. Deadlifts

The deadlift is one of the other keys to developing a massive physique. If you've never tried this out before you have no idea what you're missing! You really need to give them a shot, you will not believe the results and you'll wonder how you got along without them them.

It's important you deadlift properly to avoid injury, so what you're going to do is keep your eyes forward and chest out while you're gripping the bar on the floor. Make sure you have your feet shoulder with apart and when you're ready, push up with your heels to lift the weight. Don't make the mistake of lifting with your arms, see them as just pulleys for the weight.

Try out these muscle building secrets and you will definitely see a change in your body, you will start breaking plateaus and becoming more muscular. Most people can't take these exercises due to the pain, but if you can you'll benefit.

But of course just these exercises alone are not enough, you need a concrete overall plan and diet to ensure you actually grow, otherwise no amount of squats or deadlifts will do you any good.
