Natural Treatment For Back Pain And Chronic Leg Pain

Leg pain is any pain or discomfort in the leg from the hip joint to heel. Leg pain is a fairly common complaint. His legs are composed of joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves and blood vessels which are subject to the conditions of an injury, infection or other that can cause pain in the legs.

Leg pain can last briefly or be constant, and affect the entire leg or just a particular area. The pain may be aching, piercing or tingling. As the pain sensations often described as pins and needles, tingling or burning sensation is called brackets. Leg pain may simply be irritating and uncomfortable or debilitating so that you can not put weight on the leg or foot.

Leg pain can arise from a variety of conditions ranging from accidental trauma to nerve conditions. In the absence of trauma or other symptoms, leg pain is commonly caused by muscle cramps, also known as "cramp".

1.Drink plenty of fluids and oral rehydration solutions and electrolyte loss and dehydration are the most common causes of muscle cramps. Consumption of liquids such as drinks with caffeine or alcoholic beverages is not the fluids as they are diuretics and actually have the opposite effect on the system.

2. Make sure you use proper walking shoes that provide your feet with adequate support.
3. Gently stretch your muscles with gentle exercises like riding a bike for a few minutes before going to bed can help relax and strengthen muscles. This would greatly limit the occurrence or severity of leg cramps at night.
4. Dietary measures are also an important aspect of care and prevention of leg cramps at night. Make sure your diet is not restrictive, but should be well balanced with plenty of fruits and vegetables. This should provide all the essential nutrients you need. Very often mineral deficiencies may exacerbate the problem of leg cramps at night.
5. There is little you can do to ease the pain when beaten with a leg cramp at night, but the best way to get pass is conscious of relaxing your mind and body. This may seem impractical but it is effective and will take some getting used to. Deep breathing is the most effective method of relaxation at the time.
