Natural Treatment For Weak Immune System

Weakening of the immune system makes us susceptible to every type of illness that affects humans. Some common signs of impair immune functions include fatigue, lassitude, repeated infections, inflammation, allergic reactions, slow wound healing, chronic diarrhea and infections related to overgrowth of benign organisms already there in the body, such as oral thrush, vaginal yeast infections and other fungal infections.

The risks of infection and allergies occurring in a person is greater than before when there is an excess of sugars in the diet, this substance also hampers the immune system function. This can be seen in cases where there is an excessive expenditure of sugar, the physical manifestation being impairment in the shape, the activity and the number of white blood cells-which are the workhorses of the immune system.

Natural Treatment for Weak Immune System: -

Vitamin C: -Study shows that vitamin C supplements have a helpful impact on the serum levels of IgA, IgM, and C3, in effect intensification some important parts of our body's immune system. Vitamin C intake also helps to increase the virus-fighting cytokines that helps to validate the well-liked assumptions about vitamin C having effect on the immune system.

Green Tea: - Green tea is loaded with influential antioxidants which may protect against cell damage that leads to aging, and helps avoid heart disease and cancer. Study shows that the amine in green tea may help the body's immune system react better when fighting infection, by boosting the disease-fighting capacity of gamma delta T cells.

Vitamin D: - Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that is naturally present in very few foods. It is also produced endogenously when ultraviolet rays from sunshine strike the skin and trigger vitamin D synthesis. Vitamin D is antioxidants. It is central to our health, including accent of neuromuscular, immune function and decrease of irritation.

Vitamin B6: -Vitamin B6, through its participation in protein metabolism and cellular growth is important to the immune system. It helps continue the health of lymphoid organs that make your white blood cells. Studies show that a vitamin B6 deficiency can decrease your antibody production and suppress your immune response.

Blueberry: -Blueberry is known to boost the effectiveness of vitamin C, a major strengthener of the immune system and reduce irritation production. Blueberries also can help manage the stress on the immune system by being a free radical scavenger, leave-taking the immune system to help protecting your body from the configuration and growth of cancer cells.

Vitamin E: - Vitamin E enhances the production of B-cells, the immune cells that produce antibodies to destroy bacteria. Study shows that vitamin E helps to rouse the production of usual killer cells, those that seek out and obliterate germs and cancer cells.
