Natural Ways To Increase Sperm Count

Low sperm count, reduced sperm motility and malformed sperms are main causes for male infertility. There are various organic and environmental factors which change sperm count, motility and morphology. Many of these factor have been mention in Ayurvedic texts. The causes of low sperm count are briefly explain below.
Low sperm count (Oligozoospermia) is one of the major cause of male infertility. It is measured that a man has low sperm count when he has less than 20 million spermatozoa per one ml of ejaculate.
A great number of medical situation as well as many biologic and ecological factors can cause low sperm count for the moment or permanently. Unfortunately, the dependable treatments for increasing sperm count are not as many.
Causes of Low Sperm Count
Here are some of the possible causes of low sperm count:
â€Problems with sperm production - such problems can be genetic (for example Klinefelter's syndrome) or based on a hormonal disorder
â€Testicular injury and disease - injuries that affect the testicles may affect sperm production and cause low sperm count

Treatment for Low Sperm Count
The treatment for low sperm count that will be assigned to you will depend on its cause.
However, now and then the real grounds of low sperm count is never found. Additionally, many disorder touching sperm making cannot be cured at all or do not take action well to treatment.
Yet, this does not mean that you should be submissive to the problem. There are a lot of things you can do to decrease the risk of low sperm count.
â€Switch to a healthier, balanced diet, rich in vegetables and whole grains.
â€Exercise regularly.
â€Try to reduce stress.
â€Keep weight off; if you are overweight, lose the excess weight.
â€Don't smoke.
â€Reduce or eliminate alcohol consumption.
Tips on Improving Sperm Count
1.Get regular work out: While you should avoid strong training programs, regular and reasonable exercise helps you preserve a healthy body weight, helps manage stress, and gives you a healthier in general body.
2.Perform recreation exercises: Since infertility and life in universal can be demanding, learn to relax. Stress is from time to time responsible for certain infertility problems such as hormonal problems.
3.Maintain a healthy weight: Not too beneath or overweight since weight influence estrogen and testosterone levels.
4.Watch your body hotness: Avoid vigorous exercise, hot tubs, and saunas since they raise the body hotness and may cause change in ovulation and abridged sperm count.
Home remedies to increase sperm
1. Stay away from cigarettes and alcohol
2. Practice yoga and meditation to be stress free
3. Try to exercise regularly
4. Try to maintain a three day gap between two consecutive ejaculations to remain fertile
5. Avoid bitter, spicy and acidic foods
6. Avoid tight underpants to provide an ambient climate for the testicles
7. Have a good massage therapy with herbal oils to improve blood circulation
8. Loose excess weight
