Having done the complex analysis of technical facilities and modeling systems, we can confidently announce that as of today the one of most accessible systems is Netcracker's software. Examined this system, we can see that its technical facilities can even be compared with the analogous systems referred to the higher class. But the difference is that this system is much cheaper and easy to use. Netcracker Technology is considered to be the leader of the providers, resolving the complex problems. Its software allows the telecommunication companies providing the rapid rendering of services and executing the proper management multifunctional and volumetical systems. There are a huge amount of different modules included into the OSS, some of them are: Service Inventory, recourse inventory, service provisioning and activation, discovery and reconciliation of the network equipment, service design and planning, customer impact analysis and order management. The Operation Support System is a complex cooperative information system which can automate the broad spectrum of different business operations for companies, which owe a huge network infrastructure. Netcracker OSS is a foremost system if we take into account its ideological and technical facilities. It has three-level structure, which is built on unique objective model. OOS is realized with help of Java technologies (J2EE) it has a possibility to integrate with outer applications based on CORBA, COM+, XML, etc. All these features help to flexibly satisfy the needs of its customers, and to adapt quickly to the changing telecommunication technologies and standards. Since 1993 Netcracker company has been successfully developing and integrating the Operation Support Systems for the providers of the telecommunication services. The main of Netcracker is situated in Boston. Now, Netcracker is regarded as one of the most perspective on the market of the OSS - systems used for management of network infrastructure and business activities of the IT operators. The company is so successful that it has own offices all over the world: In the Western Europe (London), in the Eastern Europe (Moscow), in Australia (Sydney), in Canada (Vancouver). And we hope that this isn't the end of the list and this project will grow and prosper.
