The history of Netcracker began in 1993. Since that time, the company has been creating the products that help to build and project different networks focused on the telecommunications sections of the large enterprises. In late 90th the company changed the subject to creating of the industrial solutions of the integrated complexes OSS based on web-technologies. At present Netcracker is focused on the developing of the complex solutions which are consist of three components: software, services and expertise. The complex solutions provide the fully automation of processes connected to the rendering of services. It can execute the so simple actions as processing the orders, planning and distribution of the resources with help of technical accounting network recourses system, or some difficult tasks as direct activation of the services. Since 1998 the Netcracker's solutions are fully focused on J2EE environment and based BEA, Weblogic and Oracle platforms that considerably rise the degree of their scalability and reliability. The architecture of Netcracker's solutions allows performing their integration along with other OSS subsystems which are being developed by three different companies. The company plans the widening the assortment of their products (connected with the complex solutions) directed towards the operations with service providers. The Netcracker's products development area is the horizontal integration of the various vertical business chains. The solutions designed by Netcracker are the software, the maintenance, and the ability of using the means of experience and knowledges of the good-skilled stuff to allow the telecommunication service providers automating and simplify the process management patterns. It would also help to manage the technical means preparation for work and more effectively manage the telecommunication assets during their whole life cycle. Currently, Netcracker has the several dozens of the clients from among wireline and wireless communication service providers in Europe, North America and Asia, that promote the rising of their work profitability. The universal nature of the Netcracker's projects makes it really unique in this scope of activity and excellent results of that work are worthy of any award.
