Nikon D60 Digital Slr Camera " The Camera With Self-cleaning Function

By: Fred Gagnon Home |

Nikon D60 Digital SLR Camera is the very first 35mm SLR camera with a self cleaning function. This mechanically engineered mini-cam features pentaprism mechanism, auto focus lens and instant return mirrors.

Do you want a camera that will provide you with satisfying results and stress-free operation? If your answer to this question is yes, then let me tell you the exciting things about the Nikon D60 Digital SLR Camera.

Featuring 10.2 megapixels resolution, your images will surely be of excellent quality. A resolution this high will enable you to enlarge photos without sacrificing quality. Also, cropping images will now be easy. This camera also has Nikons 3D Color Matrix Metering II. With this device, you can have good images even under bad lighting circumstances.

While enjoying all these amazing features, you can also make use of the interchangeable Nikkor lenses. Nikon has a wide array of Nikkor lenses that can be used for the different Nikon digital SLR cameras.

This camera is equipped with the Integrated Dust Reduction system function. Whenever you turn the camera on or off it will clean itself. Along with Airflow Control Technology, it will vibrate to steer dust away from the optical low-pass filter in front of the sensor.

Cleaning a camera can be time consuming. In some cases, it can be very expensive. If dusts and tiny particles are seen by the image sensor, they will also appear on the images. Image sensor is more likely to have dusts when you frequently change the lens. And because Nikon wants you to enjoy these lenses, Integrated Dust Reduction System was added.

Nikon D60 Digital SLR Camera has two ways of cleaning itself. It uses Airflow Control System and Image Sensor Cleaning function. Airflow Control System works by leading air within the mirror box towards the small ducts, which is located near the base. So dusts and tiny particles are prevented from going in to the image sensor.

Also included in the Integrated Dust Reduction System is the Imaging Sensor Cleaning mechanism. This mechanism aims to reduce the dusts and tiny particles that can accumulate.

Nikon D60 Digital SLR Camera has an eye sensor. This was installed to automatically turn off the information display on the LCD when it detects eye on the viewfinder. Meaning, the moment you look through the viewfinder, the information on the screen will disappear. This enables you to clearly see your shot.

Like what I mentioned earlier, taking shots with a bad lighting condition is not a problem. This camera, like the other Nikon digital SLR cameras, has Active D-Lighting. Just activate this function before you shoot. It will automatically correct scenes in difficult lighting conditions.

Nikon D60 Digital SLR Camera is an ergonomically designed, light and compact camera. It has all the features you need for a comfortable and convenient shooting. It has a large 2.5 inch LCD monitor that allows you to turn the display format from Classic to Graphic. It features self-cleaning function and has a bright and clear viewfinder. So give yourself a beak from the annoyance and frustrations. Buy yourself a self-cleaning camera and experience the great features and amazing results.
