No Credit Check Loans: No Collateral Required, Almost Everyone Is Approved

By: Amanda Hash Home | Finance | Loans

The fear of being rejected for a loan is very real for those who have poor credit. This fear keeps many from even applying for a loan from a traditional bank. A question you might ask yourself if you've been in this situation is how can you rebuild your credit if no financial institution will give you a chance? Now there is a new type of loan is available to people with good and bad credit that does not require a credit check at all. You do not even have to put up any collateral to qualify for these no credit check, unsecured loans.

Everyone Qualifies For The No Credit Check Loan

No credit check loans are great for anyone who needs money for any purpose fast. They are especially good for those who have less than stellar credit because they do not require a check into a person's past credit history, and do not require the borrower to put up collateral, such as a home or vehicle. Qualifying for this type of loan is rather simple; you must be a US citizen, at least eighteen years old or older, and be able to present proof of steady income. Recent pay stubs from your job (up to three months), or verifiable proof from the source of your income if you are disabled or retired. Typically these lenders ask that you have either an active checking or savings account that has been open for at least six months so that your funds can be deposited into your account. Some lenders will send you a paper check if you currently do not have a bank account.

Borrow Up To $2,500

The amount of money you qualify to borrow depends on your monthly income. The lender will determine based on your monthly income how much they feel you can reasonably pay back. This amount can range from $1,000 to $2,500; repayment terms can range from two weeks to six months. However, because of the risky nature of these short term loans, the repayment terms typically do not extend beyond six months. Also, be sure to list all sources of income; however if you are receiving alimony or child support payments, you do not have to disclose this information unless you feel that could bolster your chances of qualifying for a higher loan amount.

Is This The Right Loan For You?

Because these loans do not require collateral, there will be higher fees and interest associated with them. However, if you need money for repairs or unexpected medical bills, your need far outweighs the risk on your part. Applying for these no credit check unsecured loans is as close as your home computer. This allows you to shop for several lenders and compare interest rates and repayment terms. You will receive an answer within hours, unlike traditional banks.

Applying For Your Loan

Applying for your payday loan is simple when you apply online. Online lenders offer a faster application process and a speedy delivery of your loan proceeds - which means that you can have your money faster than when you deal with a brick and mortar lender.
