It is truly said that seeds of anything are sown in the young age. 9-12 age group girls should be careful about their eating patterns as this is the only age when obesity develops. The weight gain at this age is very difficult to loose. The indication of child obesity are high blood pressure, increase in cholesterol etc. In few journals it was published that obese girls suffer from various ailments as they grow up. Heart related diseases were noticed among obese girls. It is true that obese people are more prone to ailments than thin people. It is noticed that as Obesity increases in individual, health problems also increases. We can not blame children only, parents are also responsible for there child's obesity. They should take care of there child's diet and foot intake. The problem starts when both the parents are working and children stay alone at home. Children eat whatever they want especially junk food and here starts the obesity attack. This is the crucial age when a young girl or boy can not take any diet pill to loose weight. Diet Pills are the fastest way to loose weight and they are cheap and available online also. But it is not safe for children to take any diet pills. For adults various diet pills are available like Phentermine, Adipex, Tenuate, Didrex, Xenical, Acomplia etc. Among these all Phentermine is the most prescribed and popular drug. Drugs should not be taken without consulting any doctor. After doctor has prescribed the drug, than only it should be taken. Diet pills are not the permanent solution of obesity. Obesity has to be tackled from the young age of a child. Time has come to take some severe action against combating obesity. People see obesity as a one problem but they are not aware that obesity brings other problems with it like heart problem, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and other cardiovascular diseases.
