Panic Anxiety Treatment: Natural And Effective Solutions

What we need to understand when we talk about panic anxiety treatment is the nature of such treatments and their true effect.
 
 Before being able to establish such an understanding, we need to comprehend the source of panic and anxiety attacks.
 
Through our daily interactions in life our brain gathers certain knowledge and understanding of the meaning of those interactions. Our perception plays a big role in this area.
 
Our brain perceives a certain situation in a certain way based on the previously accumulated knowledge and perceptions.
 
Now, so that the brain does not have to invent the wheel in each situation, it creates sections, categories and subcategories. With every new situation the brain brings up the past situations, tries to find similarities and then fits in the new situation in the appropriate area.
 
The brain prepares default actions and reaction to each of those categories. With every new situation and according to the categorization that the brain made on this new situation, the brain will act according to the predefined program sit for that area.
 
Panic and anxiety attacks mainly occur because a certain situation has been tagged in the brain into a category that would trigger certain fear reactions. Fear signals the body to react in a certain way so as to defend itself.
 
The defense mechanism assesses the situation and decides whether this fear factor can handle a fight or whether it needs to trigger the body to flee.
 
With panic and anxiety it gets more confusing. The brain sends the body the fear signals, but when it wants to assess the situation for fight or flight it finds nothing to assess.
 
When a person is diagnosed with panic or anxiety attacks, mainly two options are on the table for treatment; the first is very easy and straightforward which is through medication. The second is more complicated because it can contain quite a large variety of schools. It is known as the natural treatment.
 
To be able to simplify the two categories we can just say that the first category involves medication while the second one does not include medication.
 
Many doctors prefer the usage of medication because of the fact that the results can be shown quite fast. The patient can quickly realize the disappearance of the anxiety physical symptoms.
 
Still it is a well know fact that medicine in most cases including those that act as panic and anxiety treatment are short lived. This is because the main thing that medicine does is suppress the disease symptoms but usually it does not solve the root of the problem.
 
As a panic and anxiety treatment medicine fails because once it is stopped the symptoms will come back.
 Anxiety natural cures on the other hand are much more effective. But we do need to find one that is effective. There are so many methods that are promoted as panic cures, while they are methods either for dealing with an attack when it happens, or they are mere relaxation techniques.
