Permanent Weight Loss Solution

By: Bob Gill Home | Health-and-Fitness | Yoga

United States statistics show that obesity and rates of people being overweight are of great concern. A large percentage of children and women, for example, are overweight or obese. Men in all age groups fare little better. A permanent weight loss solution is called for.

Being overweight may lead to health risks, like heart disease or the possibility of heart attacks. If you are some 20 pounds overweight, though, ensure your doctor evaluates your condition as differences in people's bodies give different results because of fat and muscle ratio to body weight. It is always a wise precaution to check with your doctor before starting a permanent weight loss solution.

Conventional methods of losing weight should be avoided. These methods include a reduction in calories or virtually starving yourself in combination with excessive exercise. Use instead an established and successful system that allows you to eat 4 regular meals per day, and at the same time only moderate exercise is incorporated. This type of program ensures you are kept satisfied through a wide variety of food being at your disposal.

The "Shifting Calories" eating method is an innovative system that shifts certain calories when you eat using a manipulative eating style. It is an irregular style that shocks the body into raising a high metabolism that leads to weight loss. Thousands of people worldwide can vouch to the system's success.

In the Shifting Calories eating program certain calories are shifted at each meal. Fat calories are excluded, though, as only carbs and proteins are involved. A large menu of food is presented from which you are shown how to manipulate so as to achieve maximum weight loss. You don't deprive yourself at meal times; eating enough so that you finish your meal satisfied, but stopping before you are "full".

The foods you will eat each day are presented to you, and these will be the foods you will rotate. They can be eaten in any order, as long as you follow the laid down carb and protein combinations. To make it easier for you, there is an online diet organizer that generates your daily menu for you!

The contradictory diet advice you have heard from others, like "low carbs" or "low fat" is dismissed as hogwash. Sugar, the program says, is what we should be looking for in foods. Sugar, the program insists, is a greater danger than fat and is more instrumental to gaining weight.

Your aerobic exercise should not be intense. This type of exercise burns mainly carbs, not fat. Intense work-outs tend to raise the heart rate and breathing excessively. Whereas an exercise like walking gently raises the heart rate and breathing so that you will burn stored body fat.

The Shifting Calories plan, then, is an effective and permanent weight loss solution.
