When you have a company and you have customers who keep that company making money, you should find ways to show those customers that you appreciate the business that they provide you. You want to make sure your customers know that you appreciate them, and that you want them to keep shopping but how do you do this? Most companies will offer sales but this does not reward the customers who come in on a daily basis, this rewards everyone. However, are you supposed to only give discounts to certain customers? This works, but it is not the best option. Therefore, you need to find another way to provide appreciation to your customers to keep their loyalty with you. One loyal customer will spend as much as 10 non-loyal customers. If you get 10 loyal customers, you are getting as much business from them as 100 other customers, so you need to keep loyal customers happy. All you have to do now is go through a list of your customers and if a customer has bought over $100 from you, then you can provide them with a free personalized ceramic mug. You can call the customer and tell them that they have received a gift for their business and when the customer comes in, they get the personalized ceramic mug. As well, when the customer is there, they will probably buy some more items. So, right there you have offset the low cost of the personalized ceramic mug with the purchases your customer has made. From this point on, your customer will be a loyal customer and they will provide you with word-of-mouth advertising by getting other people to shop with you. This creates more business and it just shows you how much business you can get from something as simple as personalized ceramic mugs.
