Pinellas County, Florida is located on the west coast of Florida by the Gulf of Mexico. Residents of Pinellas enjoy its sandy beaches, fabulous weather, the benefits of large cities such as St. Petersburg and Clearwater and the charm of small communities such as Indian Shores and Treasure Island. From anywhere in Pinellas County you will be no more than 40 minutes from the Tampa International Airport and 15 minutes to the beach.

There is prime real estate for sale in all the communities of Pinellas County, and with real estate prices down slightly from their recent highs, now is a great time to buy real estate on or near the beach.

Pinellas County has a great school system with innovative and creative school choices for all grade levels. There are programs for families, singles and seniors throughout the county. Pinellas County has excellent offerings for its residents and for those who choose to visit its beautiful beach-lined coast.
