I recommend that you use affiliate programs that will pay you a residual income. That means that if you refer a person to a website and they pay the $20 monthly fee, you will make a percentage of that every month as long as they are a customer. Imagine if you had 500 people that you referred that were paying a company $24.95 a month and you were making $10 of that each month. That would help pay some bills. When you have found a program that looks interesting you should read the terms of the program. Make sure that payouts are not based on a high commission earning or you may never see your money. Also try to choose programs with high commission rates. Often you will find ebooks and downloadable software has the highest rates as there is no physical product to make or ship. If you are satisfied with the terms then you need to sign up - usually a simple process. I recommend that you only work with programs that are proven. You can even ask for references. You are going to put a lot of work into promoting the program, you want to make sure that you don't waste your valuable time. Market, market, market. The reason affiliate programs are so great for beginners is that you only need to focus on marketing - not making - your product. Believe me, you can waste a gigantic amount of time creating products and not make a penny. Many affiliate programs have information on how to market and give you tools such as banners, product feeds and more. You can also look for other information on marketing including writing articles, creating pay-per-click campaigns, distribuing free e-books, commenting in online forums etc. Do the research and start promoting residual income affiliate programs today.
