Remedies For Avoiding Premature Graying Of Hairs

Premature graying of hair is a normal occurrence in people these days. It is characterized by fading out of hair, with the color draining from it.
The state can affect anyone, causing a youthful person to look much older than he/she in fact is. The real cause of premature grayish is lack of oil gland manufacture in the follicles of the scalp.
In such a state, hair looses the nourishment that it needs and starts turning gray. Diet also plays an important role in premature graying of the hair.
Especially the shortage of Vitamin B, copper, iron and iodine causes premature graying. At times, it also results from excessive worry and anxiety.
However, the monotony of the hair can be unconcerned easily, recapture the shine and radiance, by resorting to some natural remedies.
Causes of Premature Grey Hair
The two primary causes of premature graying of hair are faulty diet and mental worries. The lack of a number of of the B vitamins, of iron, copper and iodine in the every day diet causes this chaos at a young age these days.
Mental worries manufacture an unusual tension in the skin of the scalp, which interfere with the supply of vital nutrition compulsory for the health of the hair.

The vitamins considered useful in premature graying of hair are pantothenic acid, para-aminobenzoic acid or PABA and instill. The least amount daily condition of these vitamins appears to be 10 mg. of pantothenic acid, 100 gm. of para-aminobenzoic acid and 2000 mg. of instill.
To obtain reasonable results, all three of these vitamins, belong to B group, should be supplied at one time if possible in a form which give all B vitamins, such as yeast, wheat virus and liver. The three anti-gray hair vitamins can be shaped in the intestinal tract by bacteria.
Thus drinking a liter of yogurt daily with a tablespoon of yeast before each meal will be an excellent remedy for the prevention and treatment of premature graying of hair. If one needs to take tablets of calcium pantothenate and PABA, they should be taken in adding to the yeast and yogurt and not as a substitute for them.
Home Remedies for Premature Graying Hair
1.One of the best home remedies for precipitate graying of hair comprises of curry leaves. Include them in your daily diet. Alternatively, you can put some curry leaves in coconut oil and boil it. Strain the oil and let it cool down. Apply it over the scalp.
2.Dry a few pieces of grooved gourd in the sun. Soak them in coconut oil for about 3 to 4 hours. After this, boil it until the remains becomes black and cool it down a bit. Massage the scalp with the residue.
3.Extract juice from fresh foliage of amaranth vegetable. Apply this juice on the hair. It will prove helpful in retain the black color of hair and too aid the growth of new hair.
4.Massage the scalp with butter made out of cow's milk. This should be applied at least two times in a week.
5.Indian gooseberry is beneficial in treating early graying of hair. Cut the fruit into pieces and dry them. Once dried, put them in coconut oil, until the solid matter becomes dusty or crushed. Apply on the hair.
6.Mix a tsp of Indian gooseberry juice with a tsp of almond oil and few drop of lime juice. Apply this mixture on your hair and keep it overnight. In the morning, wash the hair. This is an successful home remedy for treating premature graying of hair.
