Right Side Back Pain How To Prevent Them

The right side back pain is a very common phenomenon these days. Due to the changing life style and lack of physical movement, the right side back pain occurs more frequently. The major factors responsible include poor posture, muscular imbalance, wrongly lifting of weights or bending too much on the right side.

These kinds of right side back pain are avoidable by changing our lifestyle.

- We should do regular exercise like extensors, flexors, obloquies and rotators.

- The other method is to make our back more stretchable so that it can pull and take little extra weight at times and does not get pulled up easily.

- This can only be done by making a regular fitness regime in our daily life.

The importance of physical exercise has to be understood to avoid this kind of back pain. The regular stretching and weight lifting can be very helpful in counter attacking these pains. There are various strategies to keep ourselves away from this right side back pain. These are:

Chiropractor:

The person who is specializes in manipulation of movement in spine. It may also referred as massage, strength training, dry needling or acupuncture.

Stretching:

by making stretching a part of your daily routine helps in preventing injuries and back pain problems

Vitamin B complex:

Try to take vitamin B complex in your diet. It helps the body to fight against various pains and injuries

Omega 3 supplement:

Omega 3 is a fatty acid acts as a painkiller. It is also good for heart.

Melatonin:

Melatonin is an anti oxidant, which helps in healing and boosts the immune system.

Posture:

Sitting and standing in right posture also acts a preventive measure in fighting back pain.

Employing these things in our life can help in leading us a better life and get rid of right side back pain.
