Our furniture changes continuously and we feature beautiful and rare pieces in mahogany, walnut, satinwood and rosewood which cover styles from the Rococo, Neo Classical and Regency period. In addition we have also handled furniture from famous 18th century craftsman who include Thomas Chippendale, William Linnell, Robert Adam, Mathew Bouton and Thomas Sheraton just to name a few.

Ronald Philips Ltd has been a prominent dealer of antique furniture specializing in English antique furniture. Our workshop on the premises will show you just how carefully we preserve and value our antiques and our in house team work tirelessly and lovingly and are the best in what they do with many years experience in cabinet work, waxing and polishing. In addition they use the same traditional skills that have been in operation for over three hundred years. We also employ an upholsterer who is known to be one of the leading upholsters in Britain today and who uses the same traditional methods that were used once used on the original pieces.

Eighteenth century pieces that are available to you at Ronald Philips include bookcases, chairs, chests, clocks and barometers, desks, lighting and mirrors. During this Victorian era furniture was elegant and this is still preserved in these pieces that are available with us.

In addition to our furniture we also are reputed to have beautiful 18th century antique wall lights as well as chandeliers, glass sets and decanters. We also have an extensive clock and barometer department that cover the eminent makers Knibb, Quare, Delander, Adams, Ellicot, Waktins and Tompion. Our pieces are carefully chosen and crafted and we take great pride in the way we exhibit these pieces for your viewing pleasure.
