Russia is a proud nation. All these legends circling about cheap brides and girls that can be literally bought from a website cause them great upset. Not all Russian girls are scam artists - in fact the vast majority are totally legitimate and just like any other lady. Markets today are open and people from the west are often sent for a business trip to Russia. Try to speak in Russian if you know any phrases. This will show her your respect towards native culture. Foreign languages are not easy and this will put two of you in the same boat in the sea of uncertainty. Most local people are friendly and for sure she will help you in your initiative. These three seconds have already proven to her that you are spontaneous, amiable and kind. It is a positive beginning of dating and a beautiful friendship. Of course this is not an absolute rule. The lady might be engaged or have reasons to decline your chat offer. Another important thing you should know is that the 3-second-contact rule is really limited in time. Your three seconds start with the moment when you notice her and the way to her is clear. In this moment, you do not have time to explore her company too much or anyone else around. Time is passing.
