Now it is time to create a sales presentation that a water would love. The fire and wind personalities were easy to pitch to because you receive an answer right away, but with the water they will take more time to make a decision. Everybody can't be easy to convince. This is the time that the product your business promotes and the business opportunity will have to be explained in detail. There are also traits unique to the water type that you will need to learn about. The water type, you may have been able to guess because they are so indecisive, are wishy-washy people. They appear to be wimps because they find confrontation to be so unpleasant; for this reason they will back away from a fight to keep the peace. They will admit to being wrong only to prevent a conflict from arising. This might seem like an easy person to deal with, but this is the type of person who will not fight when they need to so you will have to expect your water types to give up easily when the going gets tough. They will require extensive training for them to be able to complete an effective sales presentation. When you are givng your sales presentation to a water type, their strengths, the fact that they like to help people and will be able to use your products to do it, is where you will stress your talk. You can help your water types begin to think that they can be salespeople by reminding them that they will be helping people solve a problem they are having. It's a good idea to assure them that you will give them enough training so that they can make presentations effectively. They will need to be reassured that you are there to help them as long as they belong in your downline. If you know a lot of teachers, nurses, people in the helping professions such as in the medical field and those who work in outreach programsl, those are the people to whom you want to give a sales presentation. They are usually typical water types. Water types fear change, so it is advisable to make sure you let them know that their business will belong to them and no one else. They do not have to be afraid of losing this job because as long as they want it they will have it; it's up to them. It should make them feel better to know that they are in complete control. There are points in which the water types will need some help from you, but they are not typically the neediest people around. All you will have to do is show them what it takes to be successful in this business because they enjoy being helpful to others and they don't like to be micro-managed. Their role as the helper type will be good for this business as they build their own downlines. You will only have to help them get past their passive side by playing up their strengths when you make your sales presentation.
