They know if you are being naughty or nice. Many internet marketers and â€gurus†as they call themselves, sell new techniques and ways of getting your site ranked in search engines. The bottom line is, search engines want good content. Search engines do not read or recognize videos or images. They only recognize text. Obviously with this being the case, you need to give the search engines as much relevant textual information as possible to rank your website. This information needs to come in the form of articles. By writing articles, you can keep your site the same and prevent yourself from having to do constant updates and changes to compete for different keywords and keyword phrases in the search engines. When writing articles, you will not be submitting them to search engines. You will be submitting them to article directories. Article directories love good quality content and they are literally waiting for you to send them some good stuff. The other great and most immediate benefit to article marketing is the quick traffic your site receives. The important thing to note though is that in order for article marketing to provide the maximum benefits, it requires you to submit articles to several article directories. A package this large is a total of 1,000 article submissions. This is what our most prosperous clients do. The purpose of submitting articles to an abundant amount of article directories is to receive several hundred backlinks in a relatively quick time frame. The backlinks from article directories are also one-way backlinks, so they are very high quality. The backlinks are what really count for search engine ranking optimization. Many of the biggest blogs and content oriented websites look to article directories to find high quality content on particular subjects of interest related to their websites.
