If you're unfortunate enough to have it, acne can be a really depressing skin condition. Although it's not fatal, it can feel like it when we want to attract boys/girls/whatever and our skin is letting us down. Why is this happening to me? is what people usually say. It's probably getting you down, and I don't blame you for being fed up. You must find the best skin acne treatment as soon as possible. Now it's quite likely that you will have tried many of the proprietary creams or lotions from the pharmacist, in the hope of a quick and simple solution to the problem. They do work for some people, to varying extents, but you may well have found that, for you, they just don't work at all. It's difficult to generalise, but the reason is normally because the cause of acne is largely an internal one and that the application of topical agents to the skin after the blemishes have appeared is rather like locking the stable door after the horse has bolted. The acne sopts are actually caused by a bacterium in our skin. All of us have the bacterium in our skin but quite why it cases a problem for some people but not others is unknown. There are several schools of thought on the issue but it is thought that the most effective acne treatment is one that either addresses hormonal problems or dietary ones. We are fortunate, compared to earlier generations, that we can now go to the internet and download all the information we need to change the way we live and eat, in order to gain control over our acne and finally get rid of it for good. This is the method I used to tackle my acne, about three years ago, and I'd say it normally takes between three and six months for the new diet to become fully effective. Some of these skin acne treatment programs claim to be able to banish your acne in three days and one of them maintains that it can cure you of your skin acne in just one night! I'd say that's a bit optimistic, but courses like this are definitely worth trying because until you do, you don't know what you're going to achieve.
