Sore Throat, Highly Contagious And Spread Rapidly

Sore throat can be caused by many factors. Viruses such as those that cause colds bacteria, as well as smoking, breathing polluted air, drinking, hay fever and other allergies can lead to a sore throat.

* Hoarseness that lasts more than two weeks

How do I heal a sore throat?

A mild sore throat associated with cold or flu symptoms can be gentler with the following treatments:

* Increase drinking fluids
* The hot tea with honey is a preferred home treatment
* Use a machine or a steam humidifier in your bedroom.
* Then gargle with warm salt water several times a day: 1 teaspoon salt cup water.

Natural remedies for Sore Throat
*With honey and lemon: Squeeze a lemon, put the juice into a large glass and add some honey. Stir well and drink it in two, three or four doses during the day.

*With milk and honey: The hot milk with honey is an old effective recipe also soothes coughs and relieve pain in the neck.

*To Althea tea (Hibiscus syriacus): It is particularly beneficial for combating coughs when he is due to respiratory infection. Boil 3 to 4 flowers on 10 minutes for each cup of water 1 / 4 of a liter. Strain, sweeten with honey or sugar and drink the hot beverage three times daily after meals.
