If you have tried everything for your chronic back and neck pain and are still suffering, you need to look into spinal decompression therapy. This treatment has provided relief for even the toughest cases time and time again. With all of the new technology hitting the market regarding back and neck pain you would think the overall burden on our society would lessen, yet it has in increased instead.

If you suffer from disc pain, you can get relief with the spinal decompression. In fact, this treatment was designed to treat herniated, degenerative and bulging discs by relieving pressure in the disc and allowing an influx of nutrition into the disc so it can heal.

Another common condition treated effectively with spinal decompression includes painful sciatica. This condition is usually secondary to disc material either compressing or irritating the sciatic nerve giving you leg pain. By treating the cause which in most cases is the disc the sciatic nerve pain is relieved.

In my office I use the DRX9000 non-surgical spinal decompression system. Our protocol has helped thousands of people from all over the country find relief from their chronic back or neck pain, return to work and the activities they love. The treatment is safe and highly effective in healing back pain caused by spinal disc injury.

So how does Spinal Decompression work? It works by decompressing the spine slowly to remove the pressure on the spinal joints, discs, and the nerves to alleviate pain. Through this process, a vacuum is created that helps the herniated part of the disc to be drawn back into place. This vacuum also increases the influx of nutrition into the disc to give it the raw materials it needs to heal.

Each session of spinal decompression is approximately 30 minutes and is usually followed by specific exercises and protocols. The average treatment plan is 20 sessions over 4-6 weeks.

The developers of spinal decompression technology had one goal in mind initially and that was to provide a viable alternative to back surgery. In most cases this can be achieved and patients in my clinic are proof.

Spinal Decompression allows, with a combination of science and technology, the ability for doctors to offer their patients a safe and proven option for chronic back and neck pain. Surgery does not always work and the risks associated with surgery make it an inferior option.

Spinal fusion rates have exponentially increased over the past 10 years and with that increase outcomes have actually not changed. Spinal decompression is truly a better option and one that every patient suffering with chronic back or neck pain should investigate.
