The whole construction is manufactured to a high specification with the main components being constructed from cast iron. At 995mm wide, the Brandon Condensing comfortably fits into kitchen alcoves and spaces where 100cm account for almost 25% of the market. Available in the three enamel colours Cream, Black and Claret Energy-efficient heating and hot water Condensing Technology means that the Brandon has improved heating efficiency of 92.86% (SAP rating 93%) compared to standard boiler rates of 85%. "Large hotplate .As the largest hotplate on the market, it can accommodate up to 8 pans at once giving generous cooking capacity. The hotplate will reach cooking temperature (360C) from cold in 16 minutes. "Two Cast Iron Ovens .The Top Oven is a huge 49 litres capacity and its cast iron construction gives the perfect roast, sealing in all the juices and flavour and is large enough to accommodate a 13kg turkey. The Top Oven will reach cooking temperature (200C) in less than 30 minutes. The Lower Oven operates at half the temperature of the Main oven and boasts 34 litres in capacity. With the easy-to-use timer, the ovens can be programmed to be up to temperature and ready to use whenever needed. "The floor of the oven is an extra hotplate, which can also be used for cooking bread and pizzas.
