E-books also have their own legal jargon, so you need to know who holds the rights to the books that you are going to sell, and if you should secure copyrights for these e-books. This brings us to the structure of your publishing outfit. Not only should you have a great editorial and layout team, you should also have a great marketing team. You need to not only have the best e-books to sell, you need a team that knows how to sell them. This can be difficult, especially since online marketing is more difficult to carry out, and you need to reach more people and convince them to strain their eyes on their computer screens reading a digital book, instead of going to the bookstore to get a printed one. Lastly, you need to worry about payments and shipments.Are you going to send books through email, or will clients download them from a secure server? How will clients pay for their purchases? You may need to have a new business account to accept payments for the e-books, so get your documents read for this new e-book business. With the right structure, plans that are followed through, and a great e-book collection, you can earn money through your e-book store online.
