Making a sustainable income online is about as hard as opening a traditional business. A person must be very self motivated, and be able to get themselves over and beyond the pitfalls that are thrown in their way, most of the time without any help, and all by themselves. Working from home is a very tiresome and often un-rewarding experience. If a person is to make an income online, then he or she has to have a lot of resillance and backbone, if it were easy then everybody would do it, right. You have to set yourself above and beyond other marketers by making yourself impressionable, and somehow more memorable than the rest of your competition.Making a memorable impression is a must if you want your business to stand out in the crowd. It does not matter whether your business is a ma and pa , brick and mortar type of business, or if you are making your income online. Standing out and making an impression is of upmost importance when competing in the business world. Most people that make their income online with a program try to come across as a bigshot, a high roller, as someone that is doing great and doesn't have a problem in the world. Case in point, I watched a you tube video entitled making an income online. The gentleman in this video was wearing a suite that was two sizes to big, he had some form of diplomas on the wall behind him, and was reading from a script that made him come across very cold and monotone. Why do people have to try and play the big shot when promoting a program online? I honestly think that it works against them in most cases. No one wants some stuffy, pompus individual telling them how good they are doing , they want to see an average " joe" trying to make it.My own personal marketing videos are as down to earth as they can possibly be. I personally do not dress up in a suit , nor do I go off of a script. I have a general subject idea, and a low key setting,(like my boxing gym), and I am very personable. If you ask any of the people that follow my channel, they will tell you that they can relate to me , because I am on their level, I am an average person just trying to make an income online. I believe that people relate to you much better when you are not trying to talk down to them.Another issue when starting out is getting in with a good group , or organization that will help and guide you along the way.Left out in the cold ? Did you just join an mlm, internet business, affiliate program, or something of this nature, and now you can't get anyone to talk to you, answer your questions, return your calls? Well your certainly not alone, I believe that one of the biggest reasons that people quit a program, or income online type business is because they get stuck, and they don't know where to turn for answers and help. Making an income online is a very large undertaking, and unless a person has been schooled properly, or has done these types of ventures before, they are very likely to get stuck at almost every turn. If you are trying to start a work from home type business, then it is a must that a person have a very good, patient mentor.I believe that everyone has the best of intentions when they lay down their hard earned money to join a given program. They believe they are going to make their dream of earning an income online come true. Most people come shooting out of the starting gate with high hopes and big ideas, only to be confronted with a hurdle, or problem that they didn't see coming. If making an income online were easy, everyone would be doing it. The person who succeeds with an online type business, is the person who learns to overcome these hiccups, and bumps in the road, and unless you have a good, ethical, and available mentor, or training system in place, you are very liable to do what 99.9% of all people do, quit trying and go on to the next program hoping it will be easier and more fool proof. My advice, do your complete due diligance on not only the business program that you are interested in, but mainly, take a good hard look at the mentorship provided, and the training system that is set in place for that given online business. Are there phone numbers that have real people on the other end? Is the person you are joining under available and responsive to your inquiries? Has your prospective sponsor been in the business long, and how are they doing at it? Are they really trying to move forward in their program, or are they just trying to sign people up and make a quick buck. I am a firm believer that before a person joins any type of income online producing program or business, that they need to pick up the phone and physically talk to someone and get their questions answered. That person should then step back, do more due diligance and then call their prospective sponsor with more questions. Is this prospective sponsor open to your questions, and earnestly trying to help you, or are they giving you quick, short answers, with a "let's get on with it" attitude? No one likes to be given the brush off, and remember this, we were all newbies in the beginning, and were it not for help and training from a good mentor or training program, we would still be new, and lost in this massive business called online marketing.
