State-of-the-art Roasted Coffee Is Yours With Virtues Coffee Roasters

By: Kristy Virtue Home | Food-and-Drink | Coffee

Any coffee lover can tell you that all coffee is not created equal. A high acid coffee is not nearly as satisfying as a low acid cup, and properly roasted coffee is heaven compared to a burned tasting, badly roasted brew. One taste is often enough to determine whether or not the person responsible for roasting your beans knows the coffee business. At Virtues Coffee Roasters, we know our beans. We have been in the coffee business for over 30 years, and have spent the last 20 as a specialty coffee roaster. At Virtues Coffee Roasters, we know that in order to do something well, you have to concentrate on that one thing. Some companies roast gourmet coffee, brew tea leaves, and make pastry. We at Virtues Coffee Roasters roast coffee. We are *the* commercial coffee roasters.
Even though we boast relationships with some of the food industry’s biggest accounts, like Sara Lee, Winchell’s, Disney, and Target, we still roast our coffee the same way we always have: using the finest green coffee beans money can buy, blending the coffees using unique recipes, and artisan roasting with small batches in order to bring out the special characteristics of each bean. Our methods may be tried and true, but our coffee roasting machines are state-of-the-art. Our infrared coffee roasters ensure a perfect roast and a less acidic cup of coffee every single time. Coffee lovers can always tell the difference, and one taste is all it will take for you to be convinced that Virtues Coffee Roasters is the only commercial roaster for you; and we are centrally based in Northern California in Livermore.
