A person hearing it may be able to tell the doctor exactly what it's like. Health issues of a serious nature may occur for you and even your partner from a lack of sleep. You will be less than one hundred per cent performing day to day activities if you do not get enough rest. You risk falling asleep in dangerous situations such as driving the car. What a lot of people put down to simply making a noise when you sleep can actually have grave health problems linked directly to it.
