Stop Starving Yourself To Lose Weight - Eat All You Want And Still Lose Weight

By: Ryan Mutt Home | Health-and-Fitness | Weight-Loss

You often daydream about eating all you want and still losing weight? Well, this is not necessarily an unrealistic dream, because it is highly possible to eat all you want and still lose weight. Restrictive diets are frustrating and deprive your body of certain nutrients. They mostly work while you are on them and then the results vanish and the pounds come back. The basic principle of losing weight is to burn more calories that you consume. So, as long as you take care of doing this, you can eat whatever you please. Skinny people that you so much envy have a higher metabolic rate and they burn calories faster. This is the big secret that allows them to eat all they want and never to gain a pound.

If your metabolic rate is not as high as you would wish, use one of the many calorie counters that you can find online, find out how many calories you have consumed and then exercise to burn the extra calories. It is not necessarily the easiest way for getting rid of those extra pounds, but it is sure healthy and, most important, it allows you to eat all you want and still lose weight. It doesn't matter what kind of physical activity you do. It can be anything, including cleaning the house or dancing because as long as it burns enough calories, is great.

In order to eat all you want and still lose weight, it might be better to eat 5-6 smaller meals a day instead of three big ones. This will accelerate your metabolic rate a little bit. Also drink plenty of water and you can try drinking a big glass just before meal. You will notice that you will eat less food. Eating all you want and still losing weight does not mean that you have to overeat. Make small dietary changes and you will be more that happy to notice the results.

For instance, if you feel like eating a cheeseburger, try to eat only half of it. Be happy with one chocolate chip cookie because there is no need in devouring a whole plate. You can eat all you want as long as you burn enough calories, but this doesn’t mean that you can eat as much as you want. In what concerns food portions, size indeed matters. Keeping serving size under control and exercising accordingly to what you eat will sure enhance weight loss and will also permit you to eat whatever you like.
