Stop Wasting Your Money - Lose Weight Free!

Ignorance is Not Bliss

Some people say ignorance is bliss. I say ignorance is costly. Why would you pay to lose weight when you can go online and lose weight free? Maybe,it's because people are not aware that such free diet forums exist. People are fooled into believing that they have to pay super expensive diet clubs and buy prepackaged foods in order to lose weight. This is complete nonsense. Of course, the diet and weight loss industry would love it if you believed that lie too, because it means more money in their pockets.

Doctor Knows Best

If you want to lose weight for free, all you have to do is visit your doctor. Explain to him or her that you are looking to lose weight. I'm sure yourdoctor will recommend a free food plan which you can later tailor to your needs.

Do a Google Search

Next, you'll want to do a Google search. The USDA food pyramid comes up. The USDA food pyramid is an excellent guide to eating healthy, with theexception of carbohydrates being at the bottom of the pyramid. But the USDA is getting smarter. They're advising consumers to eat the right kinds of carbs at least. Follow the recommended daily allowance given.

Start Your Own Group

If you're not satisfied with the results from your query on Google, here's an idea. Start your own free weight loss group. That's right. How do you that?First, start out with a small group. Get maybe 3 or 4 of your friends who are overweight and are looking to lose weight. They must be looking to loseweight or they will be mighty offended at the prospect of being invited to a weight loss group - no matter how free it is. Tell them that you are looking to start a free weight loss group and that the chances of success are tripledwhen done together as a group. Then make sure each one goes to their respective doctors for a check up and an evaluation. Have them tell their doctors that they're looking to lose weight and recommend a food plan for them. I doubt the food plan will be drastically different for each person unless one of the members has a medical problem. Still, the basics of anyweight loss plan are low fat, lean protein, and high complex carbohydrates. That's always the combination to weight loss.

Support Each Other

The next step is to support each other unconditionally. Girls can get catty when they get jealous. Yes, it's easy to get jealous if one person in yourgroup is losing more weight than the others. But you mustn't allow that person's success to deter you from doing what's right and supporting each member! Avoid competing with each other. The whole point of this is to get support from each other. Forming your own group is a great way to lose weight free.
