How to ease the pain? When you ran for the first time, your legs would probably ache. It is hard to avoid. If you felt a severe pain in the legs, the reason was that you ran too fast. Although your legs were tingling, it was just comfortable. Your body was telling you that the fiber which stopped working for a long time began to work again. If you wanted to feel better, you could take a bath and put some blood oil, and then do a massage. It is not necessary to reduce running if your legs were not violent pain. The next day you should run slowly and you had better run in the soft grass, so that you would feel comfortable. When your running programs continued, maybe you would feel the bone and joint pain once in a while. The tibia pain was an appropriate example. The runners were always to feel pain when they just began to run. It was natural to appear this phenomenon. You were doing the exercises that never did before, at least did not do for a long time, your body had to reinvent itself in order to make its all the parts more effective. Therefore, it was unavoidable to be aching while your body was in adjustment. It was not necessary to have a treatment because most of the pain would be eased; there were few pains that would make you stop running completely. A good experience was that, if you did not feel painful seriously when you were running, you should keep on running; you had better take a rest if the pain was severe. To make running become a habit. Just as we had already seen, running not only benefited to the body, but also benefited to the mentality. But if you did not run often, you would hardly get any of the benefits. Therefore, at the starting of running, you should make it become a habit. You should set some time which was special for running and get enough time, so that you could change clothes, do warming-up exercises, running, calming down, having a shower and then putting on the clothes. Running was funny if you ran seriously. To conquer the frustration. If there were some reasons, you did not have time to run, you did not say that you had wasted the entire exercises. Unless you did not run for a long time, you would still enjoy the benefits which the exercises brought in the past. You should restart to run as soon as possible. You should check how much your exercises were abandoned by doing some experimental run which was minor, and then started to run immediately. It was not a long time to restore its original level. The more you run, the more you would not run for some reasons. You might not run in the first few days. You would not be interrupted all the time. In the past two years, I did not run only in five days, and I spent these days in the White Mountain which was high and steep rocks. It was easy to lose my life if I ran in the mountain. So you did not worry about the setbacks, you should restore your good habits as soon as possible.
