2. With the palm face downhill gradually stretch the hand down until the fingers are at right angles to the forearm. Hold for 1 minute.

3. With the palm face up gradually stretch the hand down until the fingers are at right angles to the forearm (or as close as you can go). Hold for 1 minute.

These exercises will lengthen the forearm muscle fibres and reduce the tension on the tendon thereby allowing the offended area to heal.

Home Remedies for Tennis Elbow

1.Ice packs are indeed great home remedy for tennis elbow. You can apply ice packs over the elbow joint for 15 minutes each two to three hours. This will reduce the pain and irritation around the elbow joint area.

2.Alternating the ice packs, you should be appropriate the heat packs. This can create a comfort zone for elbow in its inflammatory condition.

3.Another one of the good home remedies for tennis elbow is potato pack. Warm and baked potatoes can be tied in a cloth and then practical over the affected area. This will reduce the pain and swelling.

4.Taking rest is the best answer for tennis elbow. Do not lift anything or don’t push or pull anything till you become totally okay with tennis elbow.

5.Certain medicated oils (as in Ayurveda †mahanarayana tail) is said to be beneficial and hence, used as natural cure for tennis elbow. The massage is to be properly done with an knowledge hands.

6.Celery is another good home remedy for rheumatism and tennis elbow. The fluids can be extract from the seed and have it with lukewarm water just before meals. You should put 5-10 drops of fluid into water. This is one of the good home remedies for tennis elbow
