Wedding photo albums haven't changed much over the years but gradually some newer types are coming into the system. Almost all albums for instance will place the bride in the place of honor at the front of the album, just as it did in her mother's time. Most weddings take place in beautiful places where there is always a special spot for the photographer to take some pictures of the bride and groom together after the service. Of course you will also see photos of the wedding party together in the wedding photo album to show how fantastic they all looked on the day in their dresses and tuxedos. This is of course is the group of people that play a part in the days activities like the bridesmaids and the best man for example. The photos of the bride's attendants will be next in the album. The family of the groom poses for a picture that ends up in the album, and there is another one of the bride with her family. Wedding photo albums should also have a mention as they need to be as elaborate as the ceremony otherwise they will not do justice to the care which is taken over the photographs. Wedding photo albums are normally elaborate to complement the ceremony itself with elaborate covers that tend to be in white. It is just as important for the contents of the wedding album to impress and this is achieved by clever display techniques that show the day off at its best. Some modern groups will probably have a digital version available on a computer disc as well supplied by the wedding photographer. Many hundreds of images can now be stored on a cd rom which makes it simple to carry around and display on a TV screen with little chance of damage. It is now becoming more common for the bride and groom to make a cd rom thereby providing a digital wedding photo album available to every guest as a permanent reminder of their special day. This also means that guests have the opportunity to print off images they like whenever they wish and still keep a reminder of the day that can be seen at home on the TV if they wish. The latest digital photo frames mean you can see a slide show of images wherever you wish to place the viewer; this adds a new and novel touch to looking at pictures.
