Do you drink? If you are a drinker well I is it moderately or occasionally? This is one big mistake of the people who are into it. Most of the drinker can take it but others not. Some people drink just a little but they become monster. They never thought of that they do things foolish after the effect of alcohol disappeared. The life of an alcoholic will change if he will only stay away from alcohol if he will only think that it is for the good of his family. There is a saying "All excess is ill, but drunkenness is of the worst sort. It spoils health dismounts the mind. And it also reveals secret, whenever you are drunk, you became quarrelsome, dangerous and bad." You will discover that there is a foolish men that you cannot imagine you have inside you. According to Doctors, weather we drink beer or wine or whisky or vodka, the substance that affect us is ethyl alcohol. This alcohol injures and destroys cells throughout the body by depriving them of the oxygen they need to survive. Even moderate drinking might incur some loss of these irreplaceable brain cells every time he drinks. Besides having the cirrhosis of the liver, liquor actually damages heart muscle tissues same as the brain. What are the bad thing most drinker into their life? This is the reason of some couples misunderstanding , most are the husband are the drinker or vise versa, they quarrel and sometimes it trigger to domestic violence , children is also affected in this situation. And they feel no where to run to, because the head of the family is their main problem. Alcohol is also the main reason of why there are many accidents on the street. The reason is they drink and they drive, and sometimes these lead into death. And it also the second reason of so many crimes, in this world aside from drugs. Family leads to separation , business turn to bankruptcy , spending the money of the company just to follow the addiction in alcohol. How about their children do they deserve this? Is it possible to have children lead also into the same addiction? What I think is yes or maybe but if you follow most of the celebrity who are into addiction in liquor(I will not mention names) they have a history in their family who are into the same situation. How to prevent being alcoholic ? It depends on how you will handle it. You must have a great discipline in mind, every time we go to bed talk to your self and do some auto suggestion. Always think the side effect of liquor on you. Make a promise to your self that you will never taste any kind of liquor you just say it over and over until you fall asleep. You do some hobby that can replace drinking alcohol. Stay away from the person who also drinks, and look for some friends who do not drink. There is a saying that water is the only drink for a wise man. So the best thing to do is stop drinking or never temp to drink liquor and you will have peace and good life.
