The Great Circus On Ice By Yana Shevchenko And Her Troupe

Everyone of us must remember how he liked going to circus in childhood and it is always associated with a round arena. Going to the circus was really significant event in our life. Some people say that circus shows have lost their charm, but nowadays the circus performances became much more interesting than they used to be even several years ago. For instance The Russian State Circus Company recently presented their newest program called "Circus on ice". First time the Circus on ice was created in 1964 by A.Arnold. Since then there were a lot of different directors from all over the world, who tried to renew the idea of ice circus shows or even introduce some new thoughts in it. Actually no-one has managed to do it properly up to 1999, when Russian director Yana Shevchenko established her troupe. Before creating the Circus on ice Yana Shevchenko has presented several quite successful attractions as "Exotic Jungles and the Amazon", "Aqua-World", and "Circus on Water". She worked in circus as a member of acrobat troupe and then when she displayed the initiative in providing wonderful inventions in circus show programs her hidden showmanship was found out.

The well-skilled actors perform the stunts inimitable in their beauty and spectators can't realize that human is able to do such things. The circus program comprises the very complicated combinations of the various types of actors such as acrobats, jugglers, equilibrists riding the motorbikes on the slippery surface of the ice, clowns in constant skating movement. Every member of Yana's troupe is a really unique actors, some of them even take part in different numbers.

The Circus on ice show program always updates, improves and becomes more and more complicated. Maybe, the most delighted is when the polar bears appear on the ice arena, that number is called "aurora borealis". The Circus on Ice is only the one troupe in the world that ventured to include those dangerous animals into their program. All the spectators are surprised in fact how the members of the circus can train such animals as cats and pigeons.

The director attends a lot to the musical and decorative appearance of the show, that makes it really unforgettable. The idea of Circus on ice is very young, but it has already been famous not only in Russia but in such countries as France, China, Ukraine, USA, India, Romani, Hungary etc. And every time they finish their performance all the audience are became delighted by unique ice show.

The troupe consists of 35 professional actors, that will perform a huge amount of various stunts and numbers. The show longs about 2 hours without intermission.

So, do you still think that circus performances are only for children? If you do, you should see the "Circus on ice" with your eyes, and we are full confident that you'll be fully astonished. Visit this joyful show and bring the gladness for yourself and your intimate people.
