The Htc Hero Black Is A Sight To Be Seen

The HTC Hero Black is a phone which has an air of sophistication about it. The phone offers a wealth of features which include a large touch screen and PDA type functionality. It is a simple mobile phone to use and provides the means to access all of the features with ease.

The phone utilises the Qualcomm MSM 7200A 528 MHz processor and the Android operating system, which is version 1.5. The android OS has become a much talked about operating system and when using this phone it is intuitive and reliable as well as being quick to react. The phones display screen is 3.2 inch TFT capacitive touch screen which displays 65,000 colours accurately at a screen size of 320 x 480 pixels. The screen is a large screen which provides the means to access all the features in a simple manner especially when using the multi-touch input methods provided with the phone. Additional means of inputting data and text are included by means of handwriting recognition. The phone also comes with an accelerometer sensor and trackball.

Internet connectivity is provided by the HSDPA and Wi-Fi facilities. With speeds of up to 7.2 Mbps this provides suitably fast enough web browsing to ensure pages are loaded quickly and effectively. Additional connectivity is provided by the GPRS and EDGE as well as Blue tooth and miniUSB.

The phone is a relatively small handset which measures 112mm x 56.2mm wide. It is 14.4 mm thick and weighs 135 g. It is small enough to fit comfortably in a pocket or handbag and fits into the palm of a hand with ease.

The phones camera is a 5 mega pixel which has a resolution of 2592 x 1944 pixels. Features such as autofocus provides the means to ensure images that are taken are clear and crisp. Video recording and playback are also offered on this phone and provide a suitable and viable alternative to photos

A useful MP3 player is also offered which plays downloaded music to suit the listener and in fact plays a multitude of audio formats including MP3, AC+ and WAV. The phone also comes with satellite navigation through its GPS with A-GPS support feature.

The HTC Hero Black is a phone which has a futuristic look about it. Its functions offer excellent means of entertainment and productivity. The phone will no doubt become a sought after handset and prove to be another winning phone from the HTC range.
